This Schedule 13G (this “Schedule 13G”) is being filed on behalf of Bradley Louis Radoff relating to the Common Stock, $.01 par value per share (the “Common Stock”), of Anchor Bancorp, Inc., a Washington corporation (the “Issuer”), purchased by Mr. Radoff.

	(b)		Mr. Radoff beneficially owns 180,000 shares of Common Stock, which represents approximately 7.1% of the shares of Common Stock issued and outstanding. This percentage is determined by dividing the number of shares beneficially held by Mr. Radoff by 2,550,000, the number of shares of Common Stock issued and outstanding as of February 8, 2011, as reported in the Issuer’s Form 10-Q filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 11, 2011.

	(c)		Mr. Radoff may direct the vote and disposition of 180,000 shares of Common Stock.
